If you’re looking to return or exchange your Pop Rocks candy order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Undelivered Packages
If your package has failed delivery, you MUST WAIT UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unusable, damaged, or expired. Items must be in their original sealed packaging.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Shipping Fees
If the product is damaged or defective, you will receive a 100% refund including shipping fees.
Delivery Times for Exchanges Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
